Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, buying an exam or otherwise using PreTestTakers, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You must be 18 or older, or use PreTestTakers with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• The details you register with, including your name, email address and mobile number, must be true and your own.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your login or let anyone else take tests on your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been misused.

PreTestTakers provides online mock tests, subject tests and practice papers for UPSC and State PSC exams, together with scores, solutions, analytics and leaderboards. Some tests are free; others are part of paid exams.

We keep improving the service, so tests, features and schedules may change. Scheduled tests such as weekly tests can only be taken during the window shown for them.

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on each exam's page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Access to a paid exam starts once your payment is confirmed.
• Buying an exam gives you a personal, non-transferable right to take its papers on your own account, as described on the exam's page. It does not transfer ownership of any content.

Because paid exams are digital content that is made available as soon as you pay, we do not offer refunds once access to an exam has been activated. Please try our free tests first to see whether PreTestTakers suits you.

If your money was debited but access was not activated, or you were charged twice for the same exam, write to us with your order details. After checking, we will either activate your access or refund the extra amount to your original payment method.

You agree not to:

• copy, record, screenshot for distribution, publish, sell or share our questions, solutions or papers;
• use bots, scripts or any automated means to access, take or scrape tests;
• try to manipulate scores, ranks or leaderboards, or take a test for someone else;
• interfere with, probe or try to break the security of the website, app or servers;
• post reviews or messages that are false, abusive, unlawful or that infringe anyone's rights.

All questions, solutions, explanations, papers, designs, logos and software on PreTestTakers belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them only for your own exam preparation.

Our tests are practice tests. They follow the pattern of official exams but are not official papers, and your score or rank on PreTestTakers does not guarantee any result in a real exam. We work hard to keep questions and answers accurate; if you spot a mistake, please report it and we will review it.

When you post a review or send us a message, you let us use, display and store it to run and improve PreTestTakers. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing paid content or cheating, and in serious cases without a refund. You can stop using PreTestTakers and delete your account at any time.

We provide PreTestTakers "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for problems caused by your device, internet connection or events beyond our control.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the exam concerned.

Some parts of the service rely on others, such as Razorpay for payments, Google Play for the app and Firebase for notifications. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use PreTestTakers after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
